What Happens When I Sign Up for my Workforce Analysis?
The Starter Package will be your base package and will be the package that is going to get your business it's 2020 Workforce Performance Report and on the pathway to a high performing workforce, increased revenue (for some businesses over 70% in increased revenue) and productivity. Below is what will happen when you order your 2020 Workforce Performance Report Online Today.
- The First thing that you will get will be your Welcome Email. This Email will congratulate you for getting your 2020 Workforce Performance Report, go over the timing of the online surveys and double check the employee count and non-management/management employee count for your business to make sure that the information that we have is correct).
- Once we have verified the information above we will send you a link to your management and non management Comprehensive Workforce Analysis Surveys. You are able to then forward that link to your management and non management employees and they will be able to take the analysis and submit from their phone, tablet or computer. These surveys will be fully anonymous so employees can feel comfortable taking them. The employee will not receive any of the results and it will be up to you to share what information that you want with your employees if you so choose(if you request paper surveys, we will mail them with return envelope).
- Once all the surveys have been taken, we will notify you that we are closing them and that all your employees have taken them.
- Five to Seven business days after closing your surveys we will send you your 2020 Workforce Performance Report with your companion document and 3 step performance plan (for the Premium package and above we will also schedule your Post Analysis Performance Consultation).
- Your Companion document will fully explain everything in your Workforce Performance Report and your 3 step plan will round out your blueprint to workforce success by showing you what to focus on and what to expect.
- Over the next 6-12 months with the help of your Workforce Performance Report and the information that you have gained from this analysis you can enjoy an increase in Engagement, Productivity, Revenue and a higher performing Workforce in General. Depending on your Workforce Performance Report score you will be recomended to get your follow up Health Report in 6-12 months (this is included in the Professional package )to check your progress and continue to move forward (Follow up Workforce Performance Report not included in Starter or Premium Package Pricing).
